Hearts on Fire's pieces have a bold feminine style that pairs well with the Hayley Paige ethos—the extraordinary luxury of HOF diamond rings pairs with the whimsical beauty of their Delight collection of engagement rings or the Aerial collection of fashion jewellery sits alongside the architectural cool of the Triplicity or Deco Chic collections.

Hayley Paige has brought her most playful aesthetic to Hearts on Fire—asymmetric flashes of pink sapphire can be found in pieces like the "Mrs." Ring, which is 18k gold wedding band sculpted into Hayley's handwriting. Also, the designer uses the materials of jewellery design to translate her bridal vision into a different field. For example, the picot ribbon utilized in gowns is recreated with milgrain beading.
